Totterdown Front Room Art Trail 2012

16 11 2012

Bristol’s oldest art trail begins today and runs among the steep streets of Totterdown across the weekend. The Front Room Art Trail this year has the theme of ‘wild’, with organisers promising “a three-day extravaganza of art, theatre, poetry, film, wool and music”.

First held in 2001, the trail now attracts around 180 artists across 60 different venues, with thousands of visitors coming from across Bristol and beyond.

With art on show from painting and ceramics to jewellery, glass and photography, to film, performance art, sculpture, there is something for everyone, and also lots of fun for children, with events including duck painting to story-telling, treasure hunts and street theatre.
