The Bristol Improv Network’s aim is to promote improvised theatre and comedy in Bristol, introduce new audiences to the art form and turn Bristol into the improvisation capital of the UK. Their first festival begins in earnest today, with highlights including:

  • Monday: Instant Wit & Red Lorry Yellow Lorry, Bierkeller Theatre
  • Tuesday: Closer Each Day & Racing Minds, Bierkeller Theatre
  • Wednesday: Degrees Of Error & Project Two
  • Thursday: Bristol Improv & Spontaneous Combustion, Bierkeller Theatre
  • Saturday: The Bristol Theatre Throw-Down, The Island Arts Space
